Rodolfo I had to restore uploader.php and the files in /content/system/js because my site stopped functioning completely.

What is interesting now by the way is that I get the error less often in IE than Chrome and Firefox, although it does still happen.

I also tried on another computer within my network and it works absolutely fine. Upload % starts from 0 and the image uploads ok.

Are you sure? You was caching everything... Anyway, re-enable it.

Ok re-enabled with your settings, what should the caching level be? Aggressive, Simplified or Basic? Also what next?

It is...

Deactivated: Web traffic to this website will no longer pass through the CloudFlare system. We will continue to resolve your DNS. However, you will not receive the benefits of CloudFlare. You may reactivate CloudFlare for this website at any time.

Ok, I've almost detected and fixed the issue but it takes me a lot to force the error. In the meanwhile... What hosting company you have?
