Chevereto support is delivered within few hours of your initial request. Since we believe in transparency, all the Tech support issues are public.

What if I need more help?

In the case that you need us to fix an error caused by a third-party (like bad coding in the application files or issues of that nature) you only need to let us know and we will be happy to help you.

We usually don't charge per third-party incidents, but it depends on the complexity of the problem. In most cases we are able to detect the problem so you only need to forward that info to the alleged third-party to get things fixed.
