Support is delivered directly by the creator of Chevereto, which means that you can ask how to implement ideas or extend your website. If the problem or issue is not related to Chevereto, we will guide you on how to make it work. If there is a script error, we will fix it directly on your website.

Clients with an active license can ask for tech support assistance at any time.

Support hours

Regular support hours are Monday-Friday from 12:00 to 18:00 CLST / GMT -4:00 / 11:00 am to 6:00 pm CST. We don't offer support on weekends or holidays.
