I have error - that when a user login succeed , uploaded succeed, but in account page of user ( this mod call Mypage.php) - nothing was upload ??

Show me how to fixed it- this mod was normal before

problem was fixed - i missing some php file of mod. Re-copy it and everythings normal

Hmm. I seem to have the same problem where images are uploaded by they are not added to the database. My database is on a remote server so that may be the problem

I also changed the domain of my installation. Does that affect anything?

Yes it does, that's why the images aren't stored in db.
