Uploading large amounts of images (100+) causes some titles to be swapped

Hello.

https://nickpic.host/image/IZuwTx - The original graphic should say "Dark Fey" in the original file name of sppromoaug12g
https://nickpic.host/image/IZu7aN - This original graphic should say High Fey when and the original title is sppromoaug12h

This is an infrequent error but I'm getting 2-3 reports a week now as I have a high volume upload rate. The images are both uploaded, but, the titles/information is swapped in the DB as each other.

Also even more rarely - If there are multiple people uploading at one time, it can even swap their accounts.

Chevereto only sends instructions to your server. If your server gets dizzy due to large traffic or whatnot is something totally outside the scope of the script. The system can't detect hardware issues, if the system uploads a file and your server uses a different inode I don't have anything to do.

So, try to replicate the issue at the demo to confirm the bug. Most likely the demo will be fine and this is just hardware issue at your end.
