Update from 3.12.0 to 3.13.0 error

🎯Description of the issue

Can not update to 3.13.0 from 3.12.0

▶🚶‍Reproduction steps

1. dashboard > update

😢Unexpected result

• wait long time 503 error
• increase Max. execution time: 6000 seconds > wait longer and still 503
• tried to update new source code files to the main folder > the dashboard show Chevereto version:3.13.0 (3.12.10 DB)
• /install > hang > error 502
• /update > hang > error 503
• /uipdate?dump > hang > error 503

If this happens when you update the DB then chances are that one of the queries is running too slow and if will be better to run each statement manually. Ideally the thing shouldn't hang but you can't tell the problem unless you start debugging these queries.
