You can sell your account (which will include the license). Note that you can't sell the license and keep the account, it must include the account. Otherwise that falls as re-selling, which is strictly forbidden.
No, you misunderstood me. I don't encourage at all that users sell their accounts, but is not that I can do something about it.
You can't advertise that here.
