Requesting install, but it times out

You could use the web installer, it is about the same just that you will need to create the database on your own.

Alternatively, you can make sure that your server allows connections from/to chevereto.com server but I think that it will be somehow slower than the alternative workaround because you may need to open ports or whitelist our IP.
In any case, the installation service connects to cPanel and maybe that's the only thing blocked so the web installer should work for you just fine.
