On my 2 sites, PUP Auto Close doesn't work on Firefox and the BBCode is not copied on the forum automaticaly.
It is ok on Chrome, Edge, Safari.

Can you please help me to solve this issue ?

Hello, While i have paid for 1 month support i would like to receive an answer please.

On Firefox the BBCode are not copied on the forum window and autoclose is not working.

FYI
I don't normally use Firefox but I've tried this on a clean/default up to date copy of FF (v.133.0) and I can confirm the window does not auto close on version 4.2.3. User has to copy the BBCode and close the window manually.

Out of interest I tried it on another site running 3.20.20 and it did work.

I'm sure I've seen similar issues before many years ago with other scripts (not Chevereto) having the same problem with FF.
 
We’ve identified an unusual issue with the postMessage API and popup functionality that only occurs when Firefox's developer console is closed. Oddly, the issue resolves itself when the console is open, which complicates direct debugging.

We're actively investigating this behavior, and in the meantime, if you encounter this problem, opening the dev tools (F12) might temporarily mitigate it.

As we can't ask to our visitors to open the dev tools i hope you will find a solution to go back to a Chevereto as solid as the v3.

@TomaGo It’s a strange situation where the issue stops occurring when I open the developer tools, making it difficult to debug. I searched for known issues with the postMessage API but haven’t found anything helpful so far. My next step is to try alternative Firefox-based browsers in the hopes that the bug will be visible for inspection there.
 
Hello, ok, hope you will find a solution. For my members it is an issue and i can't ask them to change their broswer.

It seems to be ok with Chevereto 3.2

Just an FYI, this behavior also occurs in Floorp, a Firefox based browser that I use. Trying to upload a pic with the developer console open does not correct the behavior.
 
Unfortunatly this is not solved in today release 4.2.5 :-(
On my forums Firefox users cannot import their photos they try several times, fill up my storage for nothing and are not happy... I hope that Floorp will help with the resolution.

Ce problème de bbcodes lors de l'import d'une photo ou plusieurs n'est pas nouveau dans la version 3.xx c'était déjà le cas et même dans les versions gratuites ce bug était présent. Firfox a du mal et de façon intempestive ça ne marche pas ou ça marche bien pendant un moment mais c'est aléatoire.... Depuis longtemps sur mon forum j'avais recommandé l'utilisation de chrome pour contourner ce bus dû à FF...
