paypal error

I have the same problem.
The first time I tried to buy paypal blocked my account and I had to reset my password and security questions.
Now my account is not blocked anymore but I can´t buy from you. I used my account earlier today and it worked. I´m from Sweden if that's important and have never had a Chilean girlfriend but my friend has a chilean boyfriend
 
I really don't know why this happens but in the future I will open a U.S. PayPal account.
 
I am also experiencing this same error today. And I have also used my paypal during the day for payments else where. I'm from Norway if you're curious.
Will give it another go tomorrow, meybe it is just paypal being a B**** 🙂
