Multiple Files Rename Unable to Complete

1. When I select multiple files for renaming, and press on 'RENAME ALL' button, some of the files will get stuck towards the end. The 'rotating arrow' animation will keep looping indefinitely. I would have to refresh the page and rename them a second time.

2. This does not happen if I press 'Rename' manually beside each of the filename manually.
