Last update wiped my TOS page

Description of the issue
An update has wiped out my TOS page, how do I get that back?
How do I prevent that in future updates?

Modify the file using the dashboard panel. Don't replace the original tos.php file.

Also, where do I edit "I Agree" / sign-up page please?

I am at least 16 years of age and I believe that as an adult it is my inalienable right to receive/view sexually explicit material. I desire to receive/view sexually explicit material. etc, etc...
 
Consent screen contents needs to be edited directly at the theme file.
app/themes/Peafowl/views/consent-screen.php

Use theme overrides to edit that file.
