Hi guys,

I set the upload resize limit to 800x600. A couple of users were able to upload larger dimensions, i.e. - 2048x1536. No matter what I upload (2550x1905), my large images are set to 800x600.

How are they doing this?

Thanks,
Bg

Another one made it through from a user.

4032x3024 / 3.07MB

I have the default 2MB limit set along with the 800x600. This has me stumped.

I've used the scaler to bring things down, but that will turn into an everyday job. 😵

I think I might have figured it out?

The upload via URL option let the images pass.
This one was uploaded via URL: https://demo.chevereto.com/i/XEb

You will have to provide full details, steps that trigger the issue and proof-of-case. Here: https://chevereto.com/community/forums/bug-tracking.45/

At the demo, this stuff works fine (trims everything to 1920x1080) and I don't have any clue on why is not working on your website and surely I won't know until you fill the proper bug report and put me in context because I can't help you at all if you don't even indicate which is your website URL.

Hope you follow up this as a bug report.
