I am not sure if the script stores cookies. As per europe new law we need to get permission from visitor. Can we put something for it?

Also is it possible to put 18+ warning to images marked as nfs to accept to view. Again these ate by law in many countries.

Thanks

You only need that when you use cookies for publicity and/or to track user behavior. Chevereto doesn't do that do is not needed.

Nah. EU law is all cookies.

All you need to do to comply with the EU directive is to place your cookie policy and use in a subsection of the TOS. Then you simply change the sign up to say something like "By signing up you agree to our Terms of Service and consent to the use of cookies." Problem solved. Remember that is is a EU only policy so it would be silly to have a feature that can be done easily cosmetically.

Exceptions from the requirement to provide information and obtain consent

There is an exception to the requirement to provide information about cookies and obtain consent where the use of the cookie is:
(a) for the sole purpose of carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network; or
(b) where such storage or access is strictly necessary for the provision of an information society service requested by the subscriber or user.

Cookie law has been added some month ago. The NSFW warning or message regarding age restrictions will be added soon.

Since cookie law was added I will label this as filled. Remember, one suggestion per topic.
