ERROR when install 4.0.5.

Hello,
When i install 4.0.5, i get error "Something went wrong". So, i set debug on and this is reason. How can I fix it?
My server: Centos, Nginx, PHP 8.x, MariaDB 10.x

URL_APP_PUBLIC_STATIC
 
This error is being thrown because it requires a constant that gets defined at a later stage. The actual issue is with your PHP setup, but we can't know the error until we fix the constant issue.

Patch 4.0.6 will address the URL_APP_PUBLIC_STATIC message, and from there you will be able to retrieve the actual error in your PHP provisioning.

Now you can try again and this time the error will display the actual problem.
