🔒 This bug report is locked pending 60 day resolution. Having same issue? Give a like to say "me too".
 
ModerateContent is a remote service, the error message is saying that its connection timed out after 10 seconds. It is normal that this show up on the logs and for admin request. For normal users it just show "Something went wrong" as you don't want to inform the end user what's really going on.

For the above reasons this has been labeled as not a bug.
