Please note that there are certain system requirements that you must meet: https://chevereto.com/docs/install

Also, when requesting for help please provide meaningful information. A 404 only indicates that the "document is not found" but it doesn't say anything about your webserver setup.

In this case, the system is redirecting to a virtual route (/install) so you must check that the rewrite module (or rules) of your webserver are working properly.
