It has been confirmed that early 3.4.5 have some issues due to the massive set of features/changes added. If you have already downloaded/installed 3.4.5 before 2014-09-03 08:50:00 (GMT) is encouraged to re-upload the system files.

The problems are in categories and in the system images (logo, favicon, etc.) and it can be easily fixed. Follow these steps:

1. Re-download 3.4.5 from your panel.
2. Re-upload the files.
3. There isn't a 3rd step.
