Hey everyone,
I’ve noticed that my Chevereto site is getting duplicate content indexed by Google because of the different language versions.
Google treats these as separate pages instead of recognizing them as language variants, which leads to duplicate results and might hurt SEO rankings.
Is there any way to tell Google that these are translations of the same content, maybe using hreflang tags or canonical URLs?
Or would it be better to stick to one main language for better SEO results?
Also, will it be possible in the future to translate subpages like Terms of Service or Privacy Policy per language?
Right now, when a German visitor opens the site, the interface is in German, but the subpages remain in English.
It would be amazing if admins could add separate translated versions for those pages directly in the panel.
Would love to hear how others are handling this or if it’s something planned for a future update.
Cheers
