Delete URL codes for Album embed codes

  1. Visit some other user album
  2. Goto Embeds Code tab
  3. Choose Delete URL
😢 Unexpected result

It shows %DELETE_URL%

1) I believe it should show the delete URL for the user with access to delete it
2) I believe it should not show the Delete URL tab drop-down list at all for those who cannot delete it
 
Confirmed, and it happens for any peer viewing albums (owner included). We need to modify that, display the links only for content owners.
 
To clarify:

The only context where these can be shown is immediately after uploading. This is because image delete links are stored hashed, is impossible to retrieve these links after the upload process. Is a one-way mechanism, just like passwords.

The %DELETE_URL% links will be removed from everywhere, except post-upload.
