Have used the free version for a bit awhile back. I would like to carry that forward but it seems most topics I attempt to ask in are locked / unavailable so I'm curious. What am I getting for the money?

Makes sense. I'm not ever frightened. Being a customer was the intent of this question. Is there support given? What level / amount?

Includes Bug tracking and Community Support. All license purchases include 30 days of Pro Support (includes private Software Support, faster response).

If you need more support you can purchase Pro Support for a given period of time. You can also purchase Extra Support.
