v4 beta 5 using vps setup method

When editing pages and changing privacy/terms/contact the following error gets thrown after saving with a custom title/html page (also bricks the installation):

Note that you still can't edit the terms/privacy policy on a direct admin installation but it no longer bricks the installation. The only way to edit these pages is to modify the php files by hand.
 
This bug status has changed to pending release (target 4.0.0.beta.6)
