Can I let signed in users:

Set tags?
Write captions for photos?
Suggest categories?
Mark for a filename change?
Add their own photos?
Add Folders?

Is there a way to navigate other than opening and closing each pic...like right arrow to next pic or next page?

Demo is kind of useless to answer these questions

They can add albums if that is what you are asking about.

Features are listed here https://chevereto.com/features and if something is not there or in the demo then it doesn't exists (for now).
