▶ Reproduction steps
  1. Uploaded images to importing folder at 'importing/parse-users/Administrator/'
  2. Album with that name already exists
  3. Images are uploaded, but with error.
  4. 'parse-user' folder is empty, and '1715299210/parse-users/Administrator/Eye%20Candy/' is empty too

It looks to me that you have a permissions issue, here:

Keep in mind that on /importing you must have permissions for the PHP process (usually www-data owned).
