Dear all,

Bug Tracking response time is up to 60 days.

We define response time as how long it will take until a ticket issue gets an official response. This is a process with two stages:
  1. Ticket approval (bug becomes public for everyone)
  2. Ticket resolution (outcome of the process)
Ticket approval time will be quick for issues providing exception error traces and faster for tickets providing diligent described issue context.

Ticket resolution time vary as it depends on each issue. We will either confirm, won't fix or invalidate the issue. If we confirm the issue we will indicate in which release the patch will be available.

Paid support tiers

For users with Pro Subscription the response time is faster and we will engage with code snippets and tailored instructions to get the issue early patched in your installation.
