Approve images before displaying on website

Hi, Just purchased the product. Is there a way to approve images submitted before they are displayed on my site? Concerned about potential content showing up that is inappropriate. Thanks
 
If there is no solution at this point I might make a suggestion. In the admin area where you can view images, set all images to "flag as unsafe" as a default. That way no images show up until approved or flipped to "flag as safe".

Thoughts?
 
I'm thinking about it. For now you will have to review the contents manually.
