Adding a MAX height for mandatory resizing on all images

Hi

If I understand it right the resizeing feature is client side….ie : we don’t need big CPU capacity to serve the resizing workload.

If so can it be mandatory like option in the admin to have a default size as MAX. So anything that is uploaded AND higher than 1080px it would be resized down to the MAX allowed height. This would speed up the mobile viewing experience with still fullHD quality on all the bigger images.
