Recent Images selected by user id not working as expected

▶🚶‍Reproduction steps
  1. Dashboard --> Settings --> Homepage -- User IDs
  2. Comma-separated list of target user IDs (integers) to show most recent images on homepage. Leave it empty to display trending images.
😢Unexpected result

Selected a few User IDs, but Home Page of Recent Images show User IDs that was not included in my list.

📃Error log message

No error message, just scrolling through Recent Images on Home Page using infinity scroll have images showing.

Bug confirmed, soon as you list something you get unwanted results.

Thank you for reporting, it will get fixed in the next revision.
