Wrong admin dashboard URL and missing release notes in System notification: Chevereto update available

Hi,

i noticed that the url to the admin dashboard in the email "System notification: Chevereto update available" is wrong and the release notes are currently missing:

The url to the dashboard points to http://xxx.de, but my chevereto url is https://i.xxx.de.
The url at the bottom is also pointing to the wrong url.

Hi @CaLiS thanks for bring this to my attention.

The issue is because the notification system runs on top of the cron which is CLI context. In that environment the server context could be different so the system isn't capable of detecting the right hostname.

The email notification on new updates will be removed. The system will keep checking and notify on new updates, but not via email.
