what is this error all about ?

I uploaded all files and when i go to domain.com to install .. i get this .. in error_log

Parallels Plesk 12.0.18 in Centos 6.6
 
Which PHP version do you use?
Maybe a reupload of the file can solve your problem.

EDIT: Centos 6 just has PHP 5.3 out of the box.
