What is style.min.css and uploadify.min.css for ?

Like the title says, what are style.min.css and uploadify.min.css files for ?
I mean there is already a version of those files named style.css and uploadify.css.
 
Those are minified versions (compressed) that are generated when you set the minify mode "true" in config. When this files are missing the script will attempt to generate them from the non .min files.
 
Nothing, is just in case you want to serve compressed js and css files.
