It will depend on your context which of these adds more value.
For example, if you manage a lot of files keyboard shortcuts, if you run a public website then native lazy load listings, if you get too much CSAM then Project Arachnid, etc.
The only point to stay on V3 is that, as any new major software release, v4.0.0 will require some revisions to fix the zero day issues for those experimenting bugs. Taking these trivialities aside V4.0 is a way better software product.
