weird gradient

I am not sure if I am missing it. But at the top of my site http://www.zag.ws
there is that weird gradient. I have tried and for the life of me I can't figure it out, I want to get rid of that gradient.
 
above the tabs and abocve the white box. they look like ray's of light. Not sure how else to describe it
