Watermark issue

Hello.
Update to 3.8.2 bring issue with transparency of png watermark image.
Now watermark has black background. How can fix it?
 
Then you will need to make sure that routes, theme and everything matches the actual files in the download.
 
It's strange. If choose origin watermark file, ok.
If choose my own file, black borders.

Before latest update no were any such problems
