I don't understand at all what you means? Could you try to provide more details? Or explain it differently...
 
I think he just mean when the chevereto have a new update someone can't understand how to update because rodolfo had spoke in English.As you can see the map that rodolfo show us, chevereto is spread world wide.Not every body that strong in English
