I have set the image width on mobile to one image so my users have a bigger view of images but sometimes it can be cumbersome when scrolling through many images. Is it possible to enable the functionality to toggle between 2 or 3 image width so users can scroll through images quicker and then click the one image width to enlarge photo without having to click on the photo, similar to how Instagram works. I was thinking to keep it to two images and not be the exactly the same as Instagram, but I think it would add to the user experience.

No, something like that changes listings and those won't get touched until 4.0.
