User Doesn't Exist After Status Change

I manually changed a user's status from 'Awaiting Confirmation' to 'Valid.'
When the 'Save Changes' button is pressed, the page reloads with the same settings page but named '%s.'

After going back to the Users page, and then clicking on the user who's status I just changed,
the 'User Doesn't Exist' page opens.

Yap, this is bug! User is gone from sql also.

By the way, the quickfix is this:

app/routes/route.settings.php replace this:

if($row['user_id'] == $user['user_id']) continue;

With this:

if($row['user_id'] == $user['id']) continue;
