Use FTP to change images.

Hi,

I would like to use FTP to change images.
For example:
If I have 10 images. I hope to change the images via FTP.
Only I want is keep the file name. Only the images different.
If I do it via FTP. Would it caused error?

Other questions, Thanks! :
Can I add website URL on each image? User can click image than go a website.
Can I add keyword or description (meta tag) for each image?
Can I instead image with other image without changing file name?

You will cause misinformation in the database related to image size and dimensions but they will work anyway if you don't change the name.

To your other questions: no. At least not at this time.
