Reproduction steps
  1. Use windows print screen to get a screen cap(stored at clipboard)
  2. Ctrl +V at uploader directly
  3. Use windows print screen to get another screen cap(stored at clipboard)
  4. Ctrl +V at uploader directly and the "loading" appear in get stuck

the uploader related js cannot handle this case.

drop the same picture to the uploader twice
