Uploaded image doesn't preserve image title if it is not jpg

▶ Reproduction steps
  1. Rename a non-jpg image to anything you want
  2. Upload non-jpg image
  3. Go to the image view page to check image title
😢 Unexpected result

The image title will be stripped instead of preserving the title. Making it really annoying to edit title of all the images again after uploading it to the website. And there is no mass edit title option to change title of the images at once.
However, if jpg/jpeg image is uploaded, the title is kept. Which is expected behaviour.
