In itself a good idea.
For me personally, it would already be sufficient if it were a category (preselection) that is not assigned...

e.g.
The following categories would have been created....
  • Movies
  • People
  • Animals
  • Food
plus the category (system festival) "Uncategorized".

Uploads that are not assigned to a specific category are filed in the category (system festival) "Uncategorized".
