Upload suddenly not working

i dont know what happened but i didnt changed anything no files were edited or hosting moved but the "select" files button or browse button has gone and upload via url also not working what could be wrong here? please check it out http://sexyxpixels.com (adult content present)

Sorry but I only test the system with the official theme running. Please switch to Peafowl and if peafowl fails then I can help you.

Yes, when I say default theme I mean with no external JavaScript included. Remove all that.
