Hello,
I have moved my page to another server. After that I made an update from version 3.6.X to 3.8.12. If I want to upload an image, which has about ~ 100kb, the upload remains at 100%.
As soon as the upload starts, 100% is displayed.

In Chrome 56.0.2924.87 it doesn't work.
In Firefox 51.0.1 it works.
Chevereto Demo Site works with Chrome..

I guess it's due to the creation of the thumbnail. I have no idea what it can be.

I can't replicate the issue. You will need to provide all details on this (Browser, user session, language selected, etc).
