Upload retry before error

Hello,

Not a real issue on your site. But how can I force to retry a failed upload?
I am using sftp and sometimes I just get an error. I can retry it manually and it works. For now, I wasn't able to fix this issue.

As a workaround I would like to retry all uploads at least 3 times before getting the error message.

In which file is it the safest way to include the loop?
 
You can hack either app/lib/classes/class.sftp.php or app/lib/classes/class.storage.php.
