Upload problem for some pictures

Hi, I can not upload some pictures. An example have been uploaded below. (rar format uploaded on zippyshare) http://www57.zippyshare.com/v/QmOkfvDb/file.html

It is impossible that the current version gets the exact same issue because the lock class is no longer being used.

Check again and paste the actual error.
 
I am checked everything again, installed chevereto version: 3.10.7. /update - show me that all files updated, i am manual checked diff all files and they updated. Please help me

Most likely you have permissions issues, I need access to your website to check that. Send website URL, website admin account and server credentials to inbox@chevereto.com

Please don't forget to link to this topic in your email and next time when opening a ticket please provide the server credentials right away so we don't waste time asking you to send me those details.
