Upload images error after I Updated to 3.8.3

Hi Guys,
I need some help about this issue. I updated my site to 3.8.3 then I try to upload 1 image from my computer and after the 100% upload the error occurred.
Here is the screenshot:

In most cases those errors are because errors in libraries and things like that. Easies way to debug is by doing this: https://chevereto.com/docs/debug (mode = 3)

If you nail the error just show it to me and I will tell you right away what is going on.

Hi Guys,

I updated the Debug level into level 3 and then I checked the error log.

You must trigger the error then check the latest debug entry.
 
To use Amazon S3 you need to use PHP 5.5+, you are using PHP 5.4.
