What is this problem?
 
I found this error appears in the upload relatively large. Gif at the same time, then fill in the Chinese description of the picture, and then upload, it will appear this error. If I do not fill in the profile, you can normally upload this
 
I'm unable to replicate the issue, could you provide more details and hopefully the conflicting image?
 
I found the problem, that is, when upload. Gif, can not write in the picture description, especially in Chinese. Otherwise it will appear this error! But this BUG only you can repair the developer!
 
I don't write Chinese, can you indicate which is the text that causes this conflict?
