Create an empty file named info.php on the root of your chevereto directory.

Put the following in :

PHP:
<?php
phpinfo();

and search withing the file to string similar to : max_upload_size (I don't remember what is exactly the correct name)
You will see there what is the limit of your upload size, and if it is smaller than 1.6 MB, you will have your answer to your problem.

I have info.php and max_upload_size is 16MB.

Okay, then you could post a link to your website so we may test it?
www.nayminthar.info/imagehost

It is my image host website.

Just uploaded a 1.4MB file.

Which operation system are you using? (Windows XP/Vista/7/8 or Mac 10.6/10.7 or a linux distribution)

Which browser are you using? (Chrome Version XX, FireFox Version XX, IE6/7/8/9 ...)

Could you also please provide a download link for the file which cause the http error bug?

Thank you.

Thanks. It work for some photo, maybe it is problem with photo. Thanks for everyone who answer for me.

I mean perhaps is a GD library and it fails on png files or gif files. Try to test using png, gif and jpg files.
