Upload a bunch of images and website stops loading

When I or someone in the same house as me uploads a bunch of pictures to my website - my website will load the redirect to the page showing all the images you just uploaded... but then it will stop loading. Fully. But only for everyone in the house. Why?
 
It can be because the IP are the same and the system thinks that is a flood request. Try disabling the flood prevention.
