I think I spoke with owner of site, he received complaint about CP being uploaded to his site, so he temporarily took it offline by pointing it to fake ip in main time to when he has the time to remove the content. So that is kinda why it's offline.
Hate when people finds a image host and thinks it's okay to upload what ever you like on it, even if TOS on that site clearly says no to It, yet they do it. What also annoys me very much is they use proxy ip or VPN so once you wipe content off and ban IP, shortly after they are back again uploading exactly same bullshit content again and that is main issue.
CP in the hosting world is referred to as Child Pron which is considered illegal.

Yeah I think he can't be bothered right now. He will fix it whenever he feels for it I guess
IMO we are in a time where is risky to offer public services for people. Most providers are opting for IA/machine based moderation to be able to serve a larger crowd of users. The price we pay (as customers) is that services are trending to drop the human factor and most online providers don't longer have humans reviewing, just bots.
We are also under a new wave of online bitching in the form of upload illegal content just to take your websites down. This also extends to social media profiles, service accounts, everything. There's no more humans behind the wheel, any jerk can affect your brand. It's about time to openly talk about this and what you should do to keep your services working.
I know that is hard, but there are a few tricks that we could borrow from other industries. If we don't do anything public image hosting will disappear, so we must act.

It is impossible to stop porn no matter what you do. Using AI to moderate 20K images per day is way too expensive. Explicitly saying adult content is banned on upload page and banning IP had no effect. So I disabled explore and let them upload it. It was the only way.
As for CP, I got notice from Google, hosting company and even interpol. What saved my site was Cybertip.ca Arachnid API. It is very efficient and can handle very large amount images. Ultimately it is free and they are very supportive. I get email notification in less than hour if someone upload CP.

Hi guys, saw this thread getting attention, I'm working on bringing the site online today or tomorrow.
I had few close friends help me delete the CP manually.
They deleted around 4K images.
@friv my explore page never existed since day one so no, that doesn't help.

@Mori thanks for the reminder. This site has always been a passion project for me, it's been ad-free from the start so it was always a low priority compared to other projects but it'll come back

So suggestion is to disable explorer for guests or for both guests and users???
That is just one solution. But if somebody who has upload CP he can directly send links to FBI, etc.... So if your site is serious,and you want to make a business with you site without a risk,you must moderate images. And i know that there is some websites which have lot of uploads in example 1 hour,but the only way is moderation.
Thought so, since I knew disabling explorer will not help.
Now there is some other thing which i want to know from owner if is possible. His extension is on .IM so there is no way to reach first page for keywords like : image hosting, free image hosting, upload image..... Now my question for the owner is : Why you not take another fresh domain for example in .COM extension?
Ok, maybe his goal is not to reach first page and lot of visitors,maybe owner have other reasons. This is just my opinion,and because i know that he can't get serious organic visitors with .IM extension at all.

keep in mind that domains like .com, .org, .net etc are usually more monitored by government such FBI and similar. So if he had one of those he would easily be caught quicker and be punished for hosting such content. That's why using more non-monitored domain extensions is better idea and you have better chance on being contacted if lucky to get content removed asap.
Yes,i know that. But i was talking here about to get more organic traffic. So in that situation again he must have moderation always. And i recommend to he can redirect upld.im to new extension,and all his previous visitors will stay on brand new website example upldim.com
And of course he must take care moderation of images always. but if he register for example upldim.com will get more visitors, and more organic traffic.
