Upgrading is finished and website is live but after press update "Something went wrong"

▶ Reproduction steps
  1. Upgrading from V3 to V4
  2. When i go to notice in admin panel at right up corner then i press "Notice", then pop up appear and then i press "Install
  3. After click in install i got pop up "Something goes wrong"
